A WISE Retreat is a very affordable private residential treatment facility exclusively for men suffering from drug and alcohol addiction and co-occurring disorders (dual diagnosis).

We are a unique program located 30 miles northeast of San Francisco - nestled on a hillside surrounded by tall trees and beautiful gardens.

Unlike some of the larger rehab programs that have an institutionalized atmosphere - we are a small, warm and comfortable 6-bed facility in an intimate setting.

Our resident to staff ratio is ideal for recovery. We provide in-depth assessments, individualized treatment planning, multiple one-on-one sessions, family sessions - and lots of individual attention. Our clients are treated with dignity and respect. Our clients healing from addiction get the evidence-based professional help needed to recover from substance use disorder - at an affordable price in a comfortable, safe, home-like setting.
