A WISE Retreat provides comprehensive screening and addiction assessment to individuals and families to assure placement into the appropriate level of treatment to start a full and successful recovery.
Our staff understands that effective treatment requires a personalized treatment plan that is tailored to each patient’s alcohol or drug use patterns and dual diagnosis.
Please Note: We Accept Private Funds and PPO Out of Network Insurance Only.
We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.
